Has anyone successfully run the Navionics App on the new M1 powered Mac computers which are supposed to be able to run iOS apps?

thanks,

Re: Navionics on M1 Macs ?

I can't speak to Navionics in particular, but I've found very few iOS apps have been optimized for the M1 Mac at this point. Most of the apps I've tried will load and run, but are glitchy to some degree.

I expect this to improve soon, because the M1, M2... chip series have already been built into the Pro series iPads, and will trickle down to the rest of the line and the iPhone in their forthcoming generations.

Re: Navionics on M1 Macs ?

Very interested in this as well. I was considering an M1 for running openCPN and for regular work, but now if I could run navionics or timezero iboat with their very tight integration, that would be even better. Anyone with a new mac they want to fire up and try out?
