Marine around Beaufort NC

Hi ! My sailboat is waiting for me north of Annapolis & I plan to sail/motor it to Beaufort NC (From November 14 'till December 01) to then go offshore to USVI or St Martin FWI . I'm looking for a marina to do final preparation around Beaufort. I'd like to know if anybody knows "Beaufort Marine Center" on the Intracoastal Waterway ? Any comments ? Thanks for your help

We used Bock Marine and were absolutely happy with the service there.

Another vote for Bock: Bock Marine
We have hauled there several times. Nice people, fair prices, excellent boaters lounge, good parts supply at excellent prices (sometimes better than Defender).
Negative - can be a little dusty and you will need to remove your shoes going into your boat.

Note that Bock has very limited in-water slips. Usually 5-10 liveaboards on the hard.

I like Bock on Adams Creek and REALLY like Portside Marina Portside Marina | Morehead City, NC - Beaufort, NC - Cape Lookout - Boat RentalPortside Marina | Morehead City, NC in Morehead City if you don't need to haul; great family owned facility and the freshest Diesel on the waterway (they bring in trucks and pump it directly from them).

Re: Marine around Beaufort NC

For work I dunno, but for the tourist experience the marina in the centre of the old town is great. Someone did tell me it was the most expensive marina in the USA. It was expensive.
