DO NOT bother with Dinner Key Marina or Biscayne Bay area for that matter!

Salvagers who anchor/live downwind of the fields are known to cut mooring lines in the middle of the night then "salvage" your boat!

Actually I was more interested in why you suspect "salvagers" downwind of the vessels cut loose.
Lines can be cut for a multitude of reasons, even accidentally.
