iPad ENC plotter

I'm interested in a plotter that will display ENC charts on an iPad.

I'm perfectly happy with iNavX for RNC-- it updates, it's exactly what it is and it's exactly what I want.

If there were an equivalent program that ran ENC charts, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I'm not interested in anything from Navionics, their "update" schemes don't appear to be worth the title.

What I'd prefer to do is update the charts through NOAA, in exactly the way iNavX updates RNC charts.

The Local Notice To Mariners matter. The updates matter. iNavX has it down. Now I wish someone would do the same for ENC charts.
