ICW Great Bridge Locks & Bridge
Enormous backup today around noon for south bound traffic at the ICW Great Bridge locks & bridge in Chesapeake VA.

I don't know what the problem is, but boats are backed up and waiting well past our house, and I live about a mile from the locks.

Haven't seen this in over 25 years living here...
