Hudson river navigation

Were planning our escape from hurricane season this coming spring. Have some relatives we would like to get as close to as possible, anyone out there familiar with bridge heights, and how far upriver it would be possible to get with a 47 foot mast height? Thanks in advance

Since you are planning on heading that way you might want to get a good set of charts now and it will help a lot with the planning. You can download a lot of free charts on the NOAA site and will have all of the info you need. Good luck
