Great question! You would not need any software. In this case with the iSatPhone, all you would need is one of our optimizers which is basically just a router with a lot of features built into it. Including one that enables you to send and receive 50% to 80% compressed e-mail using a program called XGate that we sell.
To answer your question, however; in this case you just
plug your ISatPhone into our Optimizer,
purchase our
tracking package, which we sell in 3, 6, and 12 months, and you would get a link to a map with your position on it. It is set by default to update every 60 minutes. You can give this link out to anyone you want to see your vessel's position. For 3 months $75 plus a one-time activation fee. Here is a link:
