Farewell to Imray charts

It appears Imray is exiting the chart business.

They will continue to produce pilot books, cruising guides, and the like, but are ending chart production and support after 2025. There's also a comment that suggests they are willing to sell the chart part of the business should a buyer step up.

I never liked those charts. Someone out there decided it was a good idea to reverse the standard depth shading (standard = UK, US, French govt charts). I never really got used to this.



I did like one of their charts though - the Atlantic crossing gnomonic. It had the Pilot pages printed on the reverse. So maybe I will get a s/h copy just in case the one I have onboard gets damaged beyond use.
