Echopilot

Good morning, I've recently acquired a second hand Echopilot which I believe is the Platinum (older unit-not Engine, 5 buttons plus power) Edition. The unit came with a standard (red) transducer and nothing else(no thru-hull fitting); but does have cable for log. I was wondering if anyone knows the unit, possibly has the manuals and could make them available? Also, the power cable has two exposed wires; one blue, one brown. Which is pos/neg or does it matter? Thank you
