eChart question. RNC 11411 = ENC ?

Raster chart 11411 (ICW Tampa Bay to New Port Richey) doesn't seem to exist in ENC form.

At first I thought it was my disorganized file management habits, but I have been checking for this and think I know where everything is.

On the NOAA site I have checked the by state, by region, all, and individual zip downloads to find an ENC version of this chart with no luck. It is a bit different in the paper version from most charts since it's two sided and not oriented north up. The echart RNC version splits it into separate files. Not that it means anything except that chart is anomalous in this way and therefore a candidate for some undefined mistake.


Anyone else notice this? I could be overlooking it.


I think there might be another ENC chart missing further down the coast.
