Downloading Waypoints

I'm up in the RI/MA coastal region. The charts I have list numerous waypoints - an alphanumerical identifier and the waypoint coordinates. Seems like this would be a useful set of data to input into the navigation software I'm using...Is there a place where I can download this data or do I have to enter each one individually?

What software are you using and what devices are you going from and to?

I'm using Raymarine's RayTech RNS software. I'm wondering if there's a database out there (spreadsheet or whatever) of the familiar blue waypoints one can find on charts in this area, so that I can upload them from the internet/my computer into the navigation software. (jus' trying to be lazy!)
