This is excellent I can now enter waypoints w/out the inconvenience of converting.just have to watch when the reverse Lat an Lgn where Lat is always the first coordinate.

I saw the FWC website last night as sean in post 13 (where are the reefs image)today I waited a few minutes an reefs started appearing so it takes some time to populate the reefs.

I waited three minutes for the panhandle waypoints to appear they never did,

when they say federal jurisdiction that means it’s outside the 9 mile barrier. I do see the red line on there
chart So I won’t catch there red snapper during there 3day season in middle of storm season.

I think the RayM MFD has this 9mile line? I’ll now be learning how to edit the previous wayponts into a new group. Thanks Hobby for advising

Re: Difficulty Entering my first way points ?s

I do the degrees-minutes-seconds conversions on a spreadsheet, where I keep a list of waypoints -- some are sailboat racing marks not otherwise charted -- but recently found this conversion table:

27° 39.700' You divided 42seconds into 60seconds equals .7
Then added three decminlpoints to get the 700 which the Ray will accept. So only the seconds (the 3rd #)
Needs converting.

2nd example Longitude 82,34’48”W
82.34’800W
Ray has made this a nuisance could there be a way in settings to reconfigure how the Ray accepts coordinates?

Additionally what are the #s inside the parenthesis? Example 27 39’42”N (27.6618)
Thanks PippaB for explaining.
