Diesel fuel is currently about $0.81 USD (0.65 Euro) per litre in Morocco

In 2006 the Moroccan government introduced a system or “indexation” which means that fuel prices can change quickly, however, they are also set by the government and this keeps the prices fairly stable depending on how the world fuel prices vary.

Western Sahara, south part of Marocco, is a low tax area because it's a sort of Spanish ground but occupied by the Moroccans.
