Cuba Hydrological Institute Charts
Information from Noonsite indicates that one can secure a set of Cuba Hydrological Institute navigational charts at a Cuban port of entry upon advance request for such. Has anyone done this? Does anyone know how to make such advance request? And finally, does anyone know about the cost?
