Charts of Ireland and Scotland

I am looking for paper charts of Ireland and the west coast of Scotland.
Are there any chart atlases for those areas that you can recommend?
Is it possible to download PDF files and print them at the local printer's shop?
Is the British Admiralty still copyrighting its charts?
I am sailing next spring from NS to Oban with a possible stopover in Southern Ireland. I should have some charts of the Southern coast of Ireland from my last trip in 96 there but I'd like to have some more recent charts.
