Bluechart - does it still provide GRIB downloads?

I have Bluechart Mobile on my Ipad. With excellent WiFi connection, I have attempted to display any of the GRIB file forecast data (wind, wave etc). The only result is my screen turns black and the video progress bar appears, but won't progress when I press the play button. How I did it: view my area of interest on the map. Lower-right corner, press the map button, press Forecast, select GRIB, select Winds (or Wave Direction, Wave Period, Surface Pressure, Wave Height).
