The position reporting device is also available for both Windows and Android.

The present Android apps are simple connections to Bluewater Sailing Data,but
dedicated Android apps will later be available from the author who is presently
starting his journey from Duluth on the lakes to his home town in Australia with his
family.

Bluewater Sailing Data is presently FREE but may later incur a small donation.

s.y. Rendezvous is now only hours away from Vanuatu where the delivery crew will hand over to the owner.

I have been following s.y. Rendezvous from her start in St. Martin,through the Caribbean,the Panama Canal and the Pacific on the twice daily plotted positions using their Iridium Extreme sat. phone and Winlink and they or BlueWaterSailingData for that matter,did not miss a beat.....

I have also followed other other boats on BWSD using Globalstar SPOT as well as SMS and email.
A versatile and reliable system for sure.

Android version is also available for both BWSD and the useful location reporting module.
