Auto routing on a B & G Vulcan 7?

I just installed mine and love it so far. Problem I have is I can't seem to figure out how to make an "Auto Route" happen. I put in two way points and then created a route with them. The manual says to get into this new route and one of the side bars should read "Auto Route". Just don't see it any where. I did read that models sold in the US can't use Auto Routeing in the US for some unknown reason(Lawyers maybe) but I'm in South Africa, about as far from the US as can be.
any suggestions?

As it turns out, B and G have turned off this feature permanently on all the Vulcan and maybe others if you bought your plotter in the US no matter where your charts are located around the world. Some how, I have a feeling some boater used the feature, ran aground and then sued them for a bunch of bucks. Only reason I can find. If you buy a unit in any other country and load US charts in it, it deactivates that feature.
