Yes. You can tie up on either east or west side to the public docks on peanut island for free.

The Palm Beach Sailing Club is probably what you are looking for. It's on the western shore of the ICW just north of the Rybovich mega yacht center. Ok showers, good dinghy access, and overnight parking. Slightly pricy for the quality of the showers and the wifi only works in the club but it's still nice to even have a dock to get to. No pump out. If you go just south of the Flagler memorial bridge you can get a pump out, fuel, and great access to downtown west palm beach using two large and very well lit docks. The anchorages down there are far superior to the one north of the bridge because of much less fetch. They are also less crowded. It's only 30 minutes of motoring time from the inlet and it's much better place to stay while you wait for a window. When it looks like a window is about to happen you can go back north of the bridge to stage.

Is Flagler Memorial still on that weird schedule? I think it's hourly.
