10th or 11th edition - Maptech Chesapeake / Delaware Chartbook?
I need to replace a well-worn paper chart booklet, but can get 10th edition for half the price of the newer 11th edition.

If I manually update with newer info from local notices to mariners, is there any other change(s) I should be concerned about?
