second hand rocna 20 - what would you pay

Plain and simple, I've got my eye on a second hand, galvanized rocna 20 (kg) but I'm unsure about the price...

They're listed new at 572€, but what would you pay for a second hand one that is freshly galvanized?

It's from a licensed dealer. Somebody returned it because of damage to the galvanization. They had it re-galvanized and want to move it quickly.

250€ is what they want for it... Watcha reckon'?

I have to ask: Why would a licensed dealer want to sell a perfectly good, regalvanised anchor, at less than half price?
