And this is why I hate buying stuff in Australia.
Check out the thievery on freight from a suburb 20klm away.

The Van Beest Green pin shackles are excellent. I also like the bolt type construction for an anchor shackle, but the link you have provided is to one of their grade 6 shackles. The Van Beest Geen pin grade 8 shackles look the same, but are stronger (about 50% higher SWL) for the same size. These are known as “super shackles”.

I did see that after I posted but the 13mm was also "super priced" at $50 vs $10

The normal green shackle has a higher wll than the grade l chain used and being a "known" shackle I am sure it will be more than up for the job.
