To answer in order

(1) position DFs on fore deck when entering crowded harbour. , ask them to jump up and down in an excited manner, preferably holding on to eachother

(2) position DFs on each side amidships, of course they don't do anything , but slots that would appear impossible suddenly magically get wider

(3) that's impossible , but rest assured you will have ALL available male help within 3km radius

(4) once the onshore fist fights subside, the most virile will succeed in handling your lines , unfortunately these typically know nothing about boats and chaos ensues.

(5) they just smile and say " oops" in a slightly accented French English. All damage is instantly ignored. " could happen to anyone all the others will say "

(6) just say " drinks on my boat "

Dave
No other input regarding those such vital questions?

Guys, come on...

In the meantime, please, let's keep the thread running.
My petition for a favour is: if anybody of You is of opinion that something is missing still from this thread, please post about it. It will be nice to have a GUIDE short, but as complete as possible.

Thank You all once more
My quest for anything missing from this thread is all the time actual

Cheers,

Tomasz

Most any european accented english will do quite nicely. If that doesn't bring as much help as necessary, ask them to remove their bikini tops.

Our books have gotten 5 star reviews on Amazon. Several readers have written "I never thought I would go on a circumnavigation, but when I read these books, I was right there in the cockpit with Vinni and Carsten"

I'm really not catching with You, carstenb...

From my very limited experience I was quite sure that coming to the harbour, with flexerquinns on board, is time for them to put something - or anything - on, not off....

But I'm willing to give it sometime a try and allow them to put anything on, only just after mooring the boat properly...

Cheers,

Tomasz

Well, my EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE (living in Denmark), is that topless female crews generate lots of "helpful" male attention
