Maxwell RC8 Pressure Arm Spring Install
Pressure arm spring failed. No bigee...ordered a bag of them. Removing arm is really straight forward, but how to preload (tension) spring is not. I can find nothing above the arm to hook the long upper leg of the spring behind.

Its part #13 in Fig1 of the attached manual.

(Maxwell does not provide support directly to consumers. They defer that to dealers...mine was just a retailer with no tech support staff.)
