Regardless of which method is being used based on personal preference, a good safety practice is the check the tightness of the bolt as a matter of routine each and every time the anchor is being launched. It takes seconds. I personally doubt that a proper swivel fitting would get loose and wort it’s way all the way out during a normal anchoring duration.
