Looking for Electric Windlass

Heading back to Mexico and top of the list is to replace the manual windlass with an electric:

We need a vertical or horizontal electric windlass with manual option. Would like one with 3/8 chain, used or new. Anyone have one, or know where we can get a good price on one?

That is a good idea, if we don't have one by then, will stop by on our way back to the boat.

Re: Looking for Electric Windlass

I was just at Minneys and looked at the windlass section...a bunch of junk, really. Try ebay.

There was a new Muir Cougar on eBay, I have one & it seems to always work very well. Good luck
