Anybody have any experience with working with customer support at Lighthouse. They seem to be slow to respond and erratic. Any ideas how to work with them. I have a leaking windlass and need seals and how to's. I have contacted them and they only get back to me some of the time. I think I will love the unit but need to stop the leak.
Call them, they generally answer the phone. This is a small company (as in family) and the web is not their strong suit. I've been to the shop and have also called, they've always been helpful and responded to my needs.
