lewmar 002 lewmar 003 gypse

my boat has all chain with a lewmar windlass gypsy number of "003" stamped on it....I have a spare lewmar gypsy with a stamped number of "002"

can anyone tell me if I swapped it out would it make a difference?
or what is the difference...visually they look the same

I pulled this off the internet and to me it looks like the 202 can do 5/16 and there is a difference between the 3/8 S4 and the 3/8 S3 which I have no idea what this means
