I own ocean frontage on Departure Bay in Nanaimo BC, Want to put in my own mooring ball, need to know who to contact for application and permission, Also any contractors who will install the mooring ball system, Thanks in advance

I would expect that you would have a lot more luck checking with local resources, rather than asking a bunch of strangers on an international cruising forum.
