ID CQR anchor

My 36' trawler had a 35 lb CQR type anchor when I bought it, I prefer self launching so bought a Delta.
I have been trying to find out the maker of that CQR the only identifying marks I can see are the raised letters SAS along the side of the shank.
Anybody know what they stand for or who the maker is?
I'm guessing the anchor was bought by the previous owner in 2005.
It seems to be good quality the galvanizing is fine with very little discoloration.
Thanks!
