Emergency repair windlass

Help please. In San Blas, Panama. Remote and little bandwidth. Lewmar v4-v5 windlass - drive key is mush! Need to make emergency key. I have starboard and sheet stainless.
Would really help to have dimensions and shape of drive key.
Key is part of spares kit 66000070.

Can anyone provide dimensions?
Advice on emergency manufacture?

The "Key" is not shown as a separate part.
However, if you have access to a grinder, (or even some files,) you can probably take a Bronze or Stainless bolt and shape it into a key.
Make a round section of bolt into a square.
Another possibility is to cut sections of Bronze/Brass washers into crescent shaped parts and stack them up to needed thickness to form a Woodruff key.
Can't tell if factory key is square stock or Woodruff shaped.
Desperate problems call for desperate solutions.

It appears I misspoke.
That # shows up as the first entry on the parts breakdown list here:

But it's listed as a V2/V3.
Details of individual parts are scarce, not much to go on.
They call it a "Cap kit".

Thank you. Stand down - repair going ahead - the key is about 5mm square and about 150mm long.
