Dry Dock Reccomendations near Sausalito, Calif., Anyone?

Please Help!!! Anyone out there know where I can dry dock my 30ft sailboat near Sausalito, California--anywhere on the west side of the Richardson Bay?

Listen, I am a new first-time boat owner and after purchasing the boat, the prop fell off when we took it for a spin. As for the cost of the boat it was expected to be a fixer upper, yet I use to have a friend who was going to help me with this boat and the plan was for us to be partners in fixing it up, yet I can't do this alone now that a family emergency came up where he had to leave the country for some time. In the mean time major hardship has come up in my life that now I need to just find a dry dock to bring it up onto and have my family members help me fix it up for a quick-sale so we do not loose out on cost here.

I have it anchored out in Richardson Bay and need to get it on land. I really don't have that much money and I am fully aware that it is not cheap out there. Yet, anyone know the best place to put it so as to ready the boat for sale at the cheapest this
Bay area has?

Thanks to all of you for your input, anything will help point me in the right direction because I have not had much luck looking online.

This is a drydock:

What you want is a boatyard:

Here's where to find them:

If you are on a tight budget it might be better to find a boatyard somewhere besides the area around Sausalito. If the boat can sail you might want to check out options elsewhere.

KKMI took over the old Anderson's boatyard in Sausalito, and they have done some big upgrades. They have a new travel lift, and full facilities. I had VALIS hauled there for work and paint in 2012, and they did a good job. As far as I know this is the only yard in Richardson Bay. There are others near Alameda that might be cheaper.
