What do you guys think of this setup with three fortress anchors?

Interesting.

Until I see a well engineered test or some good empirical evidence its just another unproven idea.

Does anyone have any experience with this system?

It looks, very much, like the system Mark Johnson developed for his own boat (and his book on anchoring: http://www.amazon.com/Anchoring-Moor...dp/B00L4DGH4U/).

Mark has suffered through a few hurricanes in his life, and I trust his experience and design.
