Boating South of France

Hi, has anybody got any advise on boating in the South of France. We have just bought a boat which we are transporting to Portugal shortly but is presently in Frejus Marina, France. We plan on having a weeks holiday in the South of France before it is transported. Any advise on marinas, anchorage etc

If you have any work done at the boatyard be very carefully and watch everything they do, my new boat was commissioned there, the antifouling for a new hull took around 4 hours start to finish (50ft boat), 6 months later looked like a coral reef, very poor job no hull abrading, no primer where the boat stands were, paid for 2 coats primer 2 coat antifoul got one of each.
Caveat emptor.
