Auxillary Winch

I recently chartered in the med with a kedge fixed to approx 10 - 15m of chain. I have recently had back surgery and recovering this combination of chain and Danforth was a big challenge and I had get help from another yacht. When I eventually own my own yacht, can an auxillary winch be fitted (fore and aft) ? Can I get a "double" electric winch for the bow? Any other solutions?

For same reason, I installed a second windlass in bow (well, forward anyway as this is a cat), a manual one. Obviously a cat is blessed with room for separation.

I've seen where two bowers were handled by one horizontal windlass, gypsey on one side, capstan drum on the other.
