Which engine for my dinghy?

Bone fish,
Do you have photos of the completed pods? And what material did you use for the back panel? I've always wanted to do this I currently have a 10ft pennant sailing dinghy and these pods would allow me to use a bigger motor which I think has a lot of advantages safety-wise, as in the ability to move my big boat.
