Torqeedo screen blank, won't turn on?

I've got a torqeedo 1003 on a Harbor 20 with the 1918-00 remote throttle. Worked fine, 4 weeks ago. Today the battery is showing charged, but absolutely nothing when I press the on-button on the throttle, with or without the magnetic puck. No help from the torqeedo manuals, checked all connections, cleaned with contact cleaner.

My guess is that it's from ~2017-18, I've had it for a year with no issues.
