The drone Ag spraying, except for very limited “staged” if you will, won’t happen in my lifetime. Low altitude flight is too complex if you will, that is why there are no low altitude drone Military aircraft.
Although we are I believe 20yrs beyond the time a manned fighter aircraft was logical.

I bet there aren’t any, it’s a concept vehicle I’d guess, too few in flight shots makes me think that.

Based on the Blackfly spec sheet the 313# listed exceeds the dry weight limit of 254# to be considered an ultralight in the US.

They claim it to be an ultralight, and there are provisions that allow an amphibious ultralight to be heavier, due to whatever is used for floatation is heavier, also some amphibs are allowed retractable Landing gear which is normally not allowed either, maybe that part is LSA.
Really irrelevant, cause I’d bet lunch this thing only exists on paper and a computer screen, there may be concept model, but I bet it’s not flying. Pretty obvious it’s meant to land and take off vertically or nearly so, then transition to level Flight, and that is tough, can be done, but it isn’t easy.
