Storing Inflatable

Hi all-wondering the best way to store a hypalon inflatable -inflated or deflated.The dingy is indoors and room is no problem.Thanks Mark

It makes no difference as long as you keep the animals from it - apparently hypalon tastes good...

I store one of mine out in the Florida sun all summer. Just leave it out in the open but I deflate it a bit. The other one is stored in my basement all winter, again I deflate it a bit. Try and keep the cats off it.

I seem to remember from a dealer that inflated was better. When you think about the taped seams, it makes sense to me. The thing to remember is that over the years, the glue gets brittle before the hypalon breaks down. Lots of "stored for years" boats for sale are not such good deals because of that.
