Starting at 3:49, what is the brand of the dinghy

Hi,

In the video, starting at 3:49, what is the brand of the yellow dinghy with the green flag?

This is exactly what I'm looking for.

Thank you

Yes, I think it is a Whaly too. There are other manufacturers as well Fun-Yak.

Google polypropylene / polyethylene / roto-moulded dinghies.

They are very robust but much heavier than you would expect from looking at them, but essentially you are swapping a thin inflatable skin with much thicker rigid plastic.

Thank you both.

It is a Whaly, 10' long, weighs 232 lb.

There's a Polycraft Tuffy 300, 10' long, weighs 238 lb.

https://www.polycraft.com/300-tuffy

The latter looks less like a RIB.

You're trading weight for durability.

You're also giving up soft sides contacting your hull.

Both cost around $3k.

Cool boat. You might consider the Portland Pudgy which is similar but more versatile as it has sailing and lifeboat kits, 3 boats in one! We love ours.

They ship anywhere for a reasonable price but being on the East coast you can probably pick it up at their factory!

An older retiree applied for a job and was accepted, but after coming in Late For Work every day for three months, the Boss finally called him into his office, He says; "Sam, your work here since first being hired all the way up to today has been nothing but outstanding, however, the other employees are all complaining about your reporting late every single day, so please tell me, what did they say at you former job when you came in late? Sam replies; "Good Morning Admiral."

Beware of the life span of polyethylene dinghies. I tossed one (gently) from the deck into the water from a height of 3 ft and it split. It wasn't new by a long shot but was unrepairable and completely useless after that. Trust Hypalon. Lasts a lot longer, takes bumps better, easier by far to stow and is repairable.

We bought a Portland Pudgy about a year and a half ago and love it, I got tired of fixing leaks in our inflatable we had previously. A little heavy, but rows well, is stable, and sails as well.

The green flag is the boxing kangaroo, initially created when Aus stole the America's cup.
Hey, I try to help where I can.

I also have a yellow pudgy. Love it. Have the sail kit also. Not cheap but lasts forever and owners love them. Impossible to find a used one for sale. Rather pricey compared to whale but you are comparing oranges and apples.
