Small could be better!

Hello again my people,
I've seen them but can't find any info on them. they're the small (probably 6' maybe less) inflatables. Can someone point me in the right direction, also does anyone have a small inflatable and how stable are they? Thanks again

Re: Small could be better!

We have a quicksilver 200, it's 2 meter or 6.5ft long. Powered with a 2.5 outboard it is stable but makes a very wet ride. It's barely large enough for the two of us but has the advantage of fitting on the foredeck without blocking the anchor chain locker and is very light so I can easily pull it onboard by myself.

The Achilles is the best quality and is Hypalon. Big plus!!

Bombard MAX 1, Length 6' 7"

or you could consider
Mercury 200 Air Floor, Length 6' 7"

Or are you looking for smaller?? That will be tough to find in an inflatable boat with a supported fabric (as opposed to a simple PVC film).

Re: Small could be better!

I have an 8' zodiac now, not only is it heavy but it take up space on the fore deck. I've had four people and a small dog in it at times, as long as nobody's playing frisbee with the dog there's room. So you'd think that a smaller 6 footer would haul two (maybe 3) adults okay. And a roll-up would take up less space on the fore deck.

Planing a trip around Vancouver Island in July and would like to take two dinghys (dinghi?). Looking for best options, room on the fore deck and ease of launching. Thanks for the input
