Mounting points on a Walker Bay 10' dingy

Here's a cost effective alternative I've been considering:

I have been raising my 8 foot Walker Bay by lines attached to the three corners. Making a tripod that I hooked to a block and tackle After doing this for over a year I noticed the Dinghy starting to buckle( it got wider between the seats) I ended up putting a Ubolt through the gunnel where the center seat is and now have 6 lines distributing the weight. The Gunnell dimples where the U bolts are but it seems to be all that's going to happen. If I had to do it again I would probably use eye bolts replacing two of the bolts in the center seat. And maybe in the backseat too moving the force away from the stern.

I added two lines to the three so I have a total of 5

Well now, that depends on how cheap you want to go! My 'tube kit' consists of some large pool noodles zip-tied around the gunwhales :-)

any one know where to get 10 or 12' pool noodles? they would work and no need to keep inflating.
