Hull Identification Number plate

Hello,

I have a West Marine 310 dinghy that was from a sailboat, it was never been registered and it does not have the HIN (Hull Identification Plate). I need one to register it and navigate in Portugal. Do anybody have one from an old smal rib to sell?

Errrrrr....

You DO know that’s not even close to being legal, right??? Kind of like asking to borrow the license plate from my car to use on yours.

The number is coded to the hull, as to manufacturer and date of manufacture.

The boat is mine for more than 15 years, i dont know why but when someone did some restoring on the tramson, they did not put the HIN plate on it. Now i want to navigate and can not register the boat.

it will be on your purchase papers and title; an engraving shop will make a nice one you can attach
