Help Identifying a Wind Vane Please

I'm looking to fit a winevane to my yacht for an Atlantic crossing. I have found one for sale online locally. The seller is unsure of the make and from the pictures he has sent me I cannot identify the make either. Before I spend the time travelling to see it I was wondering if anyone could identify the make and model from the pictures below and give any advice on what to look for in terms of wear, damage etc.
