There are many two part adhesives available, I know of no really good single part adhesive, all the good ones are two part and have a limited shelf life, but often refrigerating or freezing adhesives can add years to the shelf life. Even a tube of 5200 that you open can last for years if kept frozen, or maybe a couple of weeks at room temp.
