Dinghy pump nozzle

I need a new dinghy pump. The nozzle on my old one is a twist on type. I don't see in on regular pumps. Does anyone know the name of this type of nozzle and how I can either get the nozzle adaptor that will fit on a regular pump or get the pump right the right nozzle period?

the most popular brand name is 'halkey roberts' who make the inflation fittings for most inflatables. they're twist on fittings.
