Dinghy from the Skip (Trash Pile) ! How Do I Repair ?

It is a pvc Italian Arimar (project 240) in perfect condition apart from one problem......the outer pvc floor (it has a detachable inner glass fibre hull shaped floor) has become detached. Think it has been stored upside down in the sun. How can I repair so that I can trust it? There must be a glue. It would be a great waste to return it to the dump as otherwise it looks unused and is off a slightly unusual clever design.

A company called Polymarine do glues for both Hyperlon and PVC, just make sure you use the right one and the "thinners" cleaner before hand.
