I’m looking for a second (to a 12’ RIB/15HP) on board that will be more compact to pack inside and occasionally in a car to go places etc. also with a lighter 3-4HP outboard.

Was planning to get one partly cause they are super quick to reply and very helpful with questions. Then got a West Marine one instead cause it was at the marina. And I didn't have to figure out where I'd be at some point in the future with shipping. Price was better on the newport, but having a friend from the marina toss it on a truck and load it the day I needed it was way to convenient. Probably in 3 years I'll complain about buying the one available and not waiting for a better one though.
Still on the hunt and trying to decide what size bigger motor to get. (currently have an old 2.5hp on a 10' dinghy...)
