Noticed this beauty a while back in HARVEY NORMAN BIG BUYS (a discount section of Harvey Norman), it was $1499 but has been reduced to $1k this week.

Not much info on it, looks to be 4.2 metres at a guess. Looks to be a PVC chinese Zodiac copy, fold-able alloy floor, sun shade as per the photo, dual passenger seats with storage bag under one as shown. I've got a PVC one of similar construction as this and have been very happy with it. The same length in Hypalon would probably be well over $3k here in OZ.

It's rated for 7 pax as shown, payload over 1,000 kg's and a maximum of 30hp power rating.

Yep, she's Chinese alright. I looked up the manufacturer, they make many models up to 8+ metres. Would love to know the wholesale price of them to see what suppliers are making out of them. The Chinese do a pretty good copy job, possibly contributing to Zodiac and their financial issues.
