Changing belt driven pump to 12v

Hi all,
Hope this is the right place for this. I have a Jabsco 6520-200 belt driven, clutch operated deck wash/bilge pump. I would like to remove the clutch assembly & replace it with a 12v motor. Has anyone done this?? I would ideally like to direct couple it together, so I'm thinking a 12v, high tourqe, low rev,100%duty cycle, above ground motor. The pump usually runs at 500 to 700rpm off the engine, which is ideal for anchor chain cleaning, & although I've never tried it, it should shift alot of water from the bilge in short order if required. Does such a beastie exist I wonder. The plumbing for this is 1in reinforced plastic hose reduced to 1/2in outlet above deck. I'm guessing at alot higher revs, it might split the hose or blow it off the deck fitting. Would appreciate any & all thoughts on this.
Cheers Steve.
